公司將九龍海地段112號其擴展部份按揭 給銀行,作為獲取銀行信貸之保証。唯 公司已與該銀行取得同意取消該按揭, 並已交由律師進行。
The company has executed an "all monies" mortgage in favour of a bank charging K.M.L. No 112 and extension thereto and buildings erected thereon
to secure general banking facilities granted to the company. However, the
bank has agreed to discharge the mortgage after year end.

於一九九二年五月四日,總數 18,298,934份之一九九四年認股權證已按 每持有十股者獲一份一九九四年認股權 證之比例派發。每份一九九四年認股權 證之持有人可在一九九二年六月一日至 一九九四年六月三十日(首尾兩天在內)以 每股港幣七元(可按規定予以調整)認購本 公司之一股股份。截至本年度終結日 共有17,984,303(1992:18.248,237)份之認 股證未被行使。
於年內,由於認股權證之行使,本公司 多發行263,934股新股。認股價為每股港 幣七元,總現金代價為港幣1,847,538 元。
On 4 May 1992, a bonus issue of 18,298,934 warrants was issued to shareholders in the ratio of one 1994 warrant for every ten shares held. The 1994 warrants entitle the holders to subscribe from 1 June 1992 to30 June 1994 (both days inclusive) for shares of the company at a price of HK$7 (subject to adjustment) per share. At the balance sheet date, there were 17,984,303 (1992: 18.248,237) warrants outstanding.
During the year, as a result of the exercise of warrants, the Company issued 263,934 shares at HK$7 each for a total consideration of HK$1,847,538.
