On 29th April 1985 pursuant to the special resolution passed, the authorised share capital of the Company was increased to $200,000,000 by the creation of 50,000,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each.
On 29th April 1985 pursuant to the ordinary resolution passed, 27,725,658 ordinary shares. of $1.00 each were issued as Special Bonus Shares and allotted to the persons who, on 27th March 1985, were the holders of 138,628,290 issued shares of the Company in the proportion of one for five of the said 138,628,290 issued shares. Such shares rank for dividend from 1st January 1985, but not so as to entitle them to participate in any dividend declared in respect of the year ended 31st December 1984.
