Notice is hereby given that the Twenty-Eighth Ordinary Annual Meeting of the Company will be held at the Company's Office, Jordan Road Ferry Pier, Kowloon, on Saturday the
7th April, 1956, at 12.00 noon for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Directors and Statement of Accounts for
the year ended 31st December, 1955, to declare Dividends, to
elect Directors and to appoint Auditors.
Notice is also given that the Share Register of the Company will be closed from the 26th March to the 7th April,
1956, both days inclusive.
