Thank you for the job description for this officer which was enclosed with your minute of 13 October. The Manpower Quarter Day Meeting on 14 October considered the request and it was agreed that a DS7D/8 slot should be added to your authorised establishment. It is accepted that this might well be an interim solution until such time as it is clear how the workload will settle between FED and HKGD.
