d) Policy on handling of passport applications

- The MRS report highlighted the options for the future handling of passport applications. (See also Mr Muir's minute of 7 September to Mr Hum, paragraph 2(iii)). progress has been made on the review of passport handling worldwide? What implications for Hong Kong?
