Payment:In full within 14 days after installation completed.
"Practical Completion" is defined as the stage in the execution of work under the Contract when:-
(a) the equipment is installed, and the Contractor has completed all the work except for
minor omissions or minor defects which do not prevent the Equipment from being reasonably capable of being used for the intended purpose, or
(b) acceptance tests required under the Contract have been satis factorily carried out,
whichever is the earlier.
(c) the purchaser has beneficial use of the equipment, whichever is the earlier.
If for any reason, outside the control of SFE Systems Ltd, installation cannot be staned within 10 working days from material arrival to your site, then the balance of 20% becomes due and payable 10 working days from delivery of material.
Price Fluctuation: Our prices are based on exchange rates prevailing today, 991 between the purchase with Hong Kong Dollar- HKD & Italy-ITL quoted by the Hong Kong Bank today as follows:
Per TTL1000 = HK$6.506
In the event the value of Hong Kong Dollar falls against ITL by more than 1% at the time of contract being awarded we reserved the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
Storage: In order to provide the most competitive price, it has been assumed materials will be accepted on your site immediately the carrying vessel arrives in Hong Kong. If you are unable to accept materials, we will arrange storage in a public warehouse and the conse- quent costs, insurance and bandling will be charged to your account.
Validity: 30 days from today's date.
Installation conditions:
At all times SFE will be granted clear access to site, use of cargo lifts, power, light, and water free of charge.
Loading bay is available at site.
