microjackets containing applications for all types of British passports, certain Commonwealth passports and other British Dependent Territories (BDT) passports
and applications for entry to UK,
certain Commonwealth countries and other

and Declarations of Identity (DIS);
microjackets containing (in the
same jacket) :
(i) DI/CI + (after naturalization or
registration) British passport,
and
(ii) DI/CI + applications for entry to
