As you will see, Mr Savage has suggested looking at some kind of licensing arrangement to see whether this might prove a vehicle for including the BCC within the terms of the PTG. While he is pursuing this with you and with BTC (in the form of instructions to consult Johnson Stokes and Masters, who have given advice locally on other aspects of the PTG) I have put the letter of instructions to Mr Davies (to approach Buildings and Lands) on ice.

You will see from the minutes of the Steering Committee (to be circulated later in the week) that this matter came up briefly in the context of updating the Steering Committee on where we now stand on including the BCC in the Consulate General Building.
