The point I wish to explore with Johnson Stokes and Masters is the interpretation of special condition 13 in light of the wish to accommodate the British Chamber of Commerce in new building. I believe you have a copy of the final version of the PTG which I will take to the meeting. JSM advised on the PTG earlier and I think SC13 remains as originally drafted. Please advise JSM that FCO Legal view is that BCC cannot be construed as ancillary to BCG and thus qualifying for accommodation under SC7(A).
