The lot or any part thereof or any building or erected or to be erected thereon shall not be used for any purpose other than for the purpose of
(a)
(b)

accommodating the British Consulate-General and such ancillary accommodation as may be required for the purpose
the Consulate-General including residential accommodation for security and duty officers; and
accommodating the British of such educational and

may undertake with the approval of the Director, provided that the approval of the director shall not be unreasonably withheld.

No trees growing on the lot or adjacent thereto shall be interfered with without the prior written consent of the Director who may, in granting consent, impose such conditions as to replanting as he may deem appropriate.
The Grantee shall landscape and plant with trees and shrubs any portion of the lot and podium (if any) not built upon and thereafter maintain and keep the same in a clean, neat and tidy condition all to the satisfaction of the Director.
The Grantee shall not do or permit or suffer anything to be done at any time in or upon the lot or any part thereof or any building or any part of any building erected thereon which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance or which may cause damage or inconvenience to the Government or to the owners or occupiers of any adjoining or neighbouring lot or lots or premises.
Subject to these Conditions, upon development or redevelopment (which term refers solely to
to redevelopment contemplated in General Condition No. 8 hereof) of the lot or any part thereof :-
the
(a) any building or buildings erected or to be erected
thereon shall in all respects comply with Buildings Ordinance, any regulations made thereunder or any amending legislation;
