ENTRUSTMENT FOR THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE OF THE EC COMMISSION IN HONG KONG
1. I have prepared a draft Entrustment, a copy of which is attached. In view of the likely urgency with which you may need approval of the Entrustment, I would be grateful if you would be kind enough to cast an eye over it to see that it meets your needs. We would not want to issue an Entrustment which would not meet Hong Kong's needs and which, in view of the timescale would be difficult to put right.
