I refer to HK telno 60 of 14 January and attach a copy each of the following:

the draft list of the privileges and immunities handed over by Mr Borrell at our meeting on 22 December which is referred to in paragraph 6 of the telegram; and
my letters of 2 and 11 January to Mr Borrell which are mentioned in paragraph 7 of HK telno 60.
