COMEDENT
Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic
of China and the Commission of the European Communities
on the Establishment and the Privileges and Immunities
of the Delegation of the Commission of the European
Communities in the People's Republic of China
The Government of the People's Republic of China (herein-
after referred to as the Chinese Government) and the
Commission of the European Communities (hereinafter referred
to as the Commission),
desirous of further strengthening and developing the friendly
relations and cooperation between the People's Republic of
China and the European Communities,
having regard to the trade and economic cooperation agreement
between the People's Republic of China and the European Econom
Community signed in Brussels on 21 May 1985,
wishing to lay down terms concerning
the establishment оп
the territory of the People's
the People's Republic of China of a
Delegation of the Commission and concerning the privileges
and immunities of that Delegation,
have agreed as follows
Article 1
The Chinese Government hereby agrees to the establishment
on Chinese territory of a Delegation of
a Delegation of the Commission.
