Rather than incur such costs our preference must be to try to eliminate those costs and we would like the opportunity to review with our Director in Hong Kong our Schedule of Requirements to see if there are ways of further reducing our space. For example, we note from 5b of your draft that you are proposing to outhouse the Procurement Unit. It may be that we could give up sufficient space for it to be placed within the building the Council will occupy.
