18. Mr Jarvis was shown drawing no HKBC-SK-04-057A for a typical residential flat. He was generally content but made several suggestions to improve circulation from hall to kitchen without the need to access the lounge/dining area and privacy of bedroom areas: these have been passed to and agreed with Farrell. In answer to my question Mr Jarvis stated that he had no objection to combining washing machine and spin drying requirements if OED are content to provide the machine from project funds. Mr Jarvis agreed to establish and let me know the minimum requirements for the fitness/games room based on the norm for residential complexes in Hong Kong.
