1/TF had just returned from H/K.
2/ He handed out: his cost savings summary

3/TF's architectural preference is to delete 2 flats but can design for deletion of 1 flat only.
4/ TF is returning to H/K in week commencing 08/02/93.In order to meet the programme, FCO should brief TF about their requirements prior to his departure.
5/ OED and BC will study the cost savings proposals and reconvene at TFC's office on Monday 08/02/93 at a time to be agreed.
