Our approach to the Constitutional Affairs Bureau will include presenting to them our preferred version of SC14. now attach the latest version of this, taking into account recent minuting between the three of us. We shall be consulting BTC on our approach to the Constitutional Affairs Branch and I will now send our preferred version to BTC so that they can see the changes introduced at this end to the draft submitted by Johnson Stokes and Master and forwarded to me under cover of Mr Jarvis' letter of 11 November.
