Subject to that and in the knowledge that it is felt that Michael Sze has gone as far as he can in meeting our requests I am content to go along with your suggestion that Shelagh Brooks should be asked to settle the final wording in direct negotiation with HKG. The revised proposals are indeed far better, albeit not ideal in pure property terms, and the intention of the parties seems now to be nearly reflected by the text!
