Your Excellency,
I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of Your Excellency's Note of 9 June 1969, which reads as follows:

I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the foregoing proposal is acceptable to the Republic of Austria who therefore agree that Your Excellency's Note together with this reply shall constitute an Agreement between the two Contracting States supplementing the said Agreement of the 3rd of April, 1968, and shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the Exchange of Notes.
I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Excellency the assurance of my highest consideration.
