Message: You should by now have received my draft submission. you mind putting in something about the meeting next week with the French, please? (To follow through on the proposed recommendation). This might come in para 5, after first sentence and say that there will be an early opportunity (when/who) to clarify the Schengen postion on Hong Kong and that officials will take that opportunity to seek a briefing and to lobby for removal Hong Kong/register the problems which this move causes Hong Kong and us.
