1. Thank you for your fax of 24 August which, as you will have seen, crossed with my telegram of 25 August (New Delhi telno 778). I fear that we have got all we are going to get from the MEA. We are, however, trying to get some more detailed guidance from the Ministry of Home Affairs. I shall report if and when we get any more.
