Ms Emily LAU welcomed Dr LEONG Che-hung and
Mr Vincent CHENG who joined the Subcommittee for the first time. She said that following the decision of the House Committee, the scope of work of the Subcommittee had been expanded to cover all nationality issues and the Subcommittee had hence been retitled to LegCo Subcommittee on Nationality.
