1. I submit a draft reply to Mr Wardle's letter of 12 May. Home Office officials have told us that they are recommending that the Home Secretary should see the LegCo Nationality Sub-Committee when they visit in June. This is a good idea. The draft seeks to give FCO support to their recommendation.
