(a) 77% of them are in the prime age band of 30 to 41;
(b) 77% have received education up to at least secondary.

(c) 81% have 10 years of experience or more in the
disciplined services.
12. Sensitive service class As at 6 November 1992, 1,845 applicants had been registered under the sensitive service class. They were all recommended by me after careful consideration of their service in the interests of the Crown in the private or public sector, or other activities of a sensitive nature.

Entrepreneurs class A total of 83 principal applicants had been registered under the entrepreneurs class. They all have significant business interests in various sectors of the economy. The retention of these entrepreneurs in Hong Kong is an important element in maintaining a high level of economic activity locally and stabilising the confidence of both local people and foreign investors in Hong Kong.
Interviews
14. Applicants who have scored enough points to be brought within the relevant quota of their occupational group or disciplined service, or who have applied in response to my invitation
are required to attend an interview to verify the
information given in their application forms. The interviewing of applicants is
progressing slightly ahead of schedule. As at 6 November 1992, 28,910 or 74% of the potentially successful applicants
had been interviewed. April 1993.
