3. The British Consulate in Vancouver got the BN (0) application
forms from Immigration Department, "because it was requested by a
Chinese radio station in Vancouver."
Since some of the points raised are contradictory, I hope someone
would get the picture cleared, and the Hong Kong Economic & Trade
office here would be delighted to talk to Ming Pao and get it
straightened out. Regards.
