Appendix II to Annex I

follows:
"Under section 42(6) of the British Nationality
Act 1981, a person who wishes to apply for
registration
Dependent Territories citizen under any
provision of the Act by virtue (wholly or
partly) of his having a connection with Hong
Kong must submit the application on or before
31 March 1996."
