The Director of Immigration

will return to posts for approval those cases

rejects will be submitted to the Governor for

consideration via an Appeal Panel. The Governor

will have the final decision on all these cases

which will

sent back to posts for

processing.

To enable HKID to monitor the situation of late

applications,
