Further to the Johannesburg request I faxed to you on 2 November, I have received another request from Singapore for instructions on the criteria for accepting late applications. The request is attached. Although we have the agreed criteria ready, we do not know whether it is appropriate for us to issue them formally Moreover the posts will also need other details, such as processing procedures, to answer enquiries. The whole set of DSP amendments is therefore necessary. I should be grateful if you would issue the amendments as soon as possible Lo meet the needs of posts.
