know how many countries allow BOC passport holders visa free
entry but we think it a very small number. (This has become important as BOCs may appear in the long term to have greater transmissability and consular protection. In fact there is no difference in terms of transmissability and the BNO has
advantages in terms of travel facility and recognition.)
