I should be grateful if you would let me know whether your passport offices and overseas posts could assist us in displaying posters and distributing revised leaflets. We have to print the posters and leaflets very 3000. Is it possible to let me have your reply by 31 May?
If your passport offices and overseas posts are agreeable to displaying posters and distributing the leaflets for us, we should be grateful if we can have their estimation of the number of posters and leaflets needed annually. As they may need some time to work out an estimation, we intend to print four posters for every office/post each year and 500,000 leaflets for their distribution to start with. We will, of course, need the precise number each office/post has to have in due course.
