the 'shall' in the new Section 42(6) of the BNA 1981 is not in line with the 'may' in Section 18 (1) and (2) (but you may have a reason for doing so)
the second line of Column 1 of the Schedule should read '1962 to 1966'
we prefer maintaining normal office hours on the final date of each phase. This may have to be reflected in the legislation.
The dates in the Schedule have not been amended as you said in paragraph 5 of your letter. trust they will be amended in the third draft. Grateful if you would also note that the sixth date in Column 2 should be 31st October 1995 which is a working day.
