Your minute of 12 February requested colleagues' agreement to proceed with the drafting of two Orders in Council relating to British nationality in Hong Kong.
I have a particular interest in the provision of points for British links. I am satisfied that this has worked as intended under the Scheme to date and I am content that there should be no change. I therefore agree that you should proceed along the lines you suggest.
