I have the honour to acknowledge your letter
SBAPE-026-93 dated 25 February 1993 and addressed to His
Excellency the Governor of Hong Kong, the Right
Honourable Christopher Patten.
The Government of Hong Kong welcomes the
intention of the Government of Bolivia to establish a
commercial and financial representation in Hong Kong.
His Excellency the Governor regrets that he was unable to
personally receive the Minister of Exports and Economic
Competitiveness, Mr. Fernando Campero, on the occasion of
his recent visit but is confident that the commercial and
financial office will be of mutual benefit to the
Republic of Bolivia and Hong Kong.
