As mentioned in my fax dated february 25th, the bearer of this letter is the Bolivian Minister of Exports and Economic Competitiveness, Mr. Fernando Campero.
Mr. Campero is visiting Hong Kong in order to start a process aiming to increase trade and investment possibilities between Bolivia and Hong Kong.
Convinced of the importance to open the Bolivian and Hong Kong markets to trade and investment, the Bolivian Government proposes to Your Excellency the establishment of a Commercial and Financial Representation in Hong Kong.
