REQUEST FOR VIP LOUNGE FACILITIES AT HONG KONG AIRPORT

We received the attached fax today from our High Commission in Zimbabwe requesting VIP facilites for the Hon NC Makombe the Speaker of the Zimbabwe Parliament on 24 April.
2.
Sorry for such short notice we have warned our High Commission that it will probably not be possible to make VIP arrangements at such short notice but that we would pass the request on. Grateful for any assistance the Hong Kong Government can provide.
