We have consulted BTC Hong Kong about the request put to you by the Director-General of the Brazilian National Trade Apprenticeship Service (SENAC). While BTC would be happy to help, they advise that the Brazilians would stand a better chance of getting a positive response from the Hong Kong Government (HKG) if they approach HKG direct through the Brazilian Consulate General in Hong Kong.
