Thank you for your fax of 14 June. I attach the proposed outline programmes for Dr Zieleniec and the business delegation accompanying him. You will see that we have arranged for Mr Povejsil to meet Director of Protocol on Monday 28 June at 4.15 pm. He can, therefore, participate in the Foreign Minister's programme, except for the visit to the new town.

Mrs Pavla Zielenecova's visit to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology will be from 2.30-4.30 pm on Monday 28 June.
As for hotels, there seems to be some confusion as
you will see from the attached fax I received this morning from our Brussels Office. As you know, we will not pay for hotel accommodation for any of the visitors. It might be worth repeating this point to the Czechs. The list of names from Brussels also differs from yours.
On yours, there is no Mr Miroslav Samonil. Neither are the journalists listed.
the Brussels list, those numbered 18, 19 and 20 yours, are missing! Please could you get Vymetál to check the names and confirm which list is correct?

18 Businessmen and 10 Journalists
13 double rooms ($570 + 15%) and 2 single rooms ($530 + 15%) at the Evergreen Plaza Hotel
