Aware of British Council's concern that the move from their premises in Henessy Road to the new Consulate General and rent/running costs in the new building should not incur greater costs for the Council than would a move to other alternative accommodation on the expiry of the Hennessy Road

Officials on both sides working closely to sort this out and to come up with arrangements which meet both Council's concerns and Treasury stipulations that non grant in aid activities should not be subsidised and that charges to the British Council reflect full costs.
