outcome. How do you think it will play in Hong Kong, while the
rest of the JLG is deadlocked?

How soon will we have to start taking unilateral action, for
instance on localisation of laws and would this affect
co-operation in other areas?
Are you worried about the impact of China's Preliminary
Work Committee on the work of the JLG? Anything we can
