The reader will have noted by now that there is a considerable degree of overlap between the action plans proposed in relation to the four objectives. We consider that this is a positive indication that our plan has a degree of coherence and internal consistency which should enable it to be driven forward as an overall thrust rather than attempting to go in many different directions at once.
