The lease for the BTC offices runs until April 1997 but
can be terminated earlier if need be. As a contingency in
the run up to 1997, there is some spare space.

The JLG Offices leased until June 1995, are also larger
than we currently need and could provide for additional
requirements in the period up to 1997.
Residences:
4. The Senior Trade Commissioner's Residence is a
penthouse flat in an admirably located block that we leased,
adapted and furnished in 1989. The owners are about to
remedy the defective wall plaster and are making an
alternative serviced, duplex flat available for SBTC use for
the duration of the work which should be completed by end
August.
