1. I need to firm up the photo opportunity for a ground cutting ceremony at the Colvin House Site or with the model, (Hong Kong telno 1484 of 16 September - 12 October at 3.30pm). Our
recommendation is for a ground cutting ceremony at the Colvin House site. As a contingency, the model will also at the site just in case if the weather turns against us.
2. I have spoken to John Holdaway of Swires who would like at least a week's notice(we intend opting for the ground cutting ceremony.
