I faxed a copy of the guest list for the British Chamber of Commerce's dinner for Mr Goodlad on Monday 11 October under cover of my letter of 30 September to John Woodrow. Chamber do not propose to invite any outsiders to this dinner.

Regarding the ground breaking ceremony for the Consulate-General building, we are preparing a briefing note which will cover the points mentioned in your teleletter.
