1. You asked for a press line on this visit. You may like to say: -
Mr Goodlad will be paying his fourth visit to Hong Kong as Minister of State from 11 12 October. Whilst there he will have discussions with the Governor; a meeting with ExCo and LegCo and have a briefing on educational matters from the Secretary for Education and Manpower. Mr Goodlad will be visiting Ebenezer School for the Blind and the University of Hong Kong and the Western Market in Central and Western District.
