MR GOODLAD'S TRAVEL PROGRAMME: SOUTH KOREA, HONG KONG AND MILAN: 5-8 AND 10/11 JANUARY 1994
1. The Secretary of State has now approved Mr Goodlad's travel plans for 4-11 January as submitted in my minute of 6 December. A proposed schedule of flights is attached and I should be grateful if you would, as appropriate, inform the posts involved. (It would be helpful if WED and JEPD could let me know which of them intends to be the first point of contact with Milan).

I should also be grateful if you would now ask someone from your Departments to be in touch with me about briefing, programmes, etc.
