I attach a copy of the letter from the OMLENCO outlining the issues that they would like to discuss with the Minister at their meeting on 1 June. I know you have already prepared briefing
all of these excent the first item on nage 2 Application of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Righte. I have now commissioned iines-to-take and background on this which we will give to the Minister on his arrival. Let me know if you want any more material to be prepared.
