Thank you for your faxed letter of 2 September to Mr Goodlad, who is presently on leave.
sure that the Minister would have welcomed you calling on him but unfortunately he will be travelling overseas during your visit to the UK. Mr Goodlad has plans to visit Hong Kong next, in mid-October but the exact dates have yet to be confirmed. Perhaps he might be able to meet you then, depending on your own diary?
