talks with myself and Fairweather on the third world.

We agreed then that we ought to have roughly annual meetings. I wonder whether it would be convenient to him if I came to Bonn for talks on either Tuesday 27 April or Wednesday 28 April. I would see these talks as covering my areas of responsibility, namely Asia and the Americas.
