PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY

VIRGINIA A. KAMSKY is the Founder, President and Chief Executive officer of Kamsky Associates, Inc. (KAI), engaged over the past fourteen years in representing a long list of major multinationals, and U.S. State and city economic development organizations in the Pacific Rim and, in particular, in China, in structuring and executing a wide variety of business activities and investments, and has consummated several billion dollars in transactions for its clients. KAI has offices in New York, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Ms. Kamsky's interest in the Far East began at the age of ten when she began to study Chinese, She is now fluent in both chinese and Japanese and has lived and worked throughout the Pacific Rim in locations including Taiwan, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Beijing.

Ms. Kamsky is the youngest Director of W. R. Grace & Co., a Fortune 100 company, and among a host of international associations, is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations; a Director of The National Committee on U.S.- China Relations) a Member of the President's Council of The Asia Society; and served on the Board of Trustees of Princeton University, including its Executive, Curriculum, Library and Computing, Honorary Degrees, Admissions, and Finance Committees, and is frequently the keynote speaker at business conferences related to Asia, as well as forums on women's issues.

Prior to founding KAI, Ms. Kamsky was a second vice president of the chase Manhattan Bank, where she was trained in corporate finance and worked in New York, Tokyo and Beijing.

Ms. Kamsky graduated cum laude from Princeton University in 1974, with a B.A. in East Asian Studies. She also attended graduate school at Princeton's woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs in 1975.

Ms. Kamsky's writings have appeared in several leading publications including The Harvard Business Review. She was recently selected by Crain's New York Business as one of the "Forty under Forty" most likely to succeed. Ms. Kamsky was also chosen by Newsweek as one of "America'
