The
Government of Hong Kong, having been duly authorized to
conclude this Agreement by the Sovereign Government which
responsible for its foreign affairs, and the Government
is
of Malaysia (the Parties);
Desiring to provide mutual assistance, to the extent
possible within their respective laws, in the investigation
prosecution of drug trafficking and in the confiscation
of the proceeds and instrumentalities of drug trafficking;

Have agreed as follows :

SCOPE OF ASSISTANCE
Parties
shall, in accordance
with this

each other assistance in investigations, prosecutions

proceeds and instrumentalities of drug trafficking.
